  After Sales Service Review:
After 8 months, during recent heavy rains, we notice the roof leak due to the broken roof tile adjacent to solar panel bracket. On Monday (26/10/2026) I called up the customer support as well as texted Harry from the Sales team. It was greeted by Spencer whom took all details and passed it onto the technical team for further review. At the same time, Harry called back too and offered his assistance if the case was attended promptly. Soon after Aden from the technical team called and requested few more details which I provided the photo and video clip to assist with their review process. Later Aden came back and advised the installer would come on the next day for visit and rectification work. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances, the installer couldn’t make it. Once again Aden kept us informed of the delay and promised to arrange alternative time asap. On Wednesday morning, Aden called and advised that the installer would come later the day which was the case. Thanks Aden for your prompt follow and urgent rectification. This is a
testament to Amazing Solar team professionalism and a great customer service.

Sometimes the reality doesn’t live up to the name. Amazing Solar has been amazing to deal with. Starting from sales process. Henry has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and patiently answered all queries. Instead of pushing for quick sales deal, Henry provided valuable advice and inputs so that we could make a well informed decision. That’s a primary reason that I decided to go with Amazing Solar after a careful consideration of few quotes and dealings with other providers. Customer care team is also amazing. Maya has proactively provided the regular updates. Kelvin is also helpful in getting a resolution without hesitation to bring in his senior team member Daniel for quick resolutions. All of them have been very professional and dealing with us with utmost respect. Not forgetting to mention their installers (Suki and Sammy) have made up overall experience beyond amazing.   Found the service from the salesperson (Angie) most obliging and attentive. Was most disappointed at being asked by the installation staff to pay an additional fee for the removal and reinstatement of an existing power-point to accommodate the installation of a fibro backing sheet, when the quote was agreed as a fixed price with no more to pay. Settled on a fee to ensure that the job was completed.  Quality of the installation appears to be excellent. Now awaiting the inspection and commissioning.

 Verified Amazing Solar were outstanding throughout the entire quoting, purchase and installation. We obtained quotes from four different companies, and also consulted the CEC before making our decision, and Kasper and the team from Amazing Solar were able to provide us with all of the relevant information and pricing straight away… no hidden surprises or costs.
