Long overdue review - I installed Solar panels through Amazing Solar Sol'n few years ago due to quality products at competitive price they offered. My experience with the Team at Amazing Solar has been extremely well. Team has been very quick to resolve my inquiry and provided great customer service. Recently, due to some technical issue, inverter stopped working. Jessica (Jess) from Technical team jumped on the board to assist when I contacted to Amazing Solar. Jess was able to find the tech issue in no time and organised replacement inverter. Jess provided an exceptional customer service and kept me updated with the real time updates. Kudos to Jess for your willingness to assist professionally and providing an exception service ✨. One wouldn't expect such an amazing customer service after few years of Solar Panels Installation. Harry was very helpful, professional and always easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions patiently, kept me updated throughout the process and made everything simple and stress-free. The installation team also did a great job and completed the work professionally.
