Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain electrical layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and system plans for solar PV installations.
● Assist engineers in the planning and configuration of electrical systems, including panels, circuits, cable routes, and associated components..
● Collect technical inputs and assist in performing basic calculations to support the accuracy and feasibility of electrical designs.
● Support design validation and testing processes, contributing to the development of effective and reliable solar energy solutions.
● Collaborate with engineers, clients, and project teams to incorporate feedback and ensure the design meets both technical and practical requirements.
● Contribute to the preparation of documentation for compliance with safety guidelines, industry standards, and project specifications.
● Maintain proper control and version tracking of all technical drawings and related documentation throughout the project.
What We’re Looking For:
● A relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
● Proven experience in electrical drafting and system design; candidates with more years of experience will be highly regarded
● Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance regulations
● Proficiency in using drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
● Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
